These Terms govern your use of joahvera.com and purchases from Joah Vera (iBLDA, Inc.).

Orders & quotes. Prices shown for in-stock items are subject to change and confirmation. Custom and project pricing is provided by quote; a quote is not an order until accepted and any required deposit is paid. We may decline or cancel orders due to pricing errors, availability, or suspected fraud.

Pricing & taxes. Applicable sales tax (9.75% in Nashville, TN) is added unless a valid resale/exemption certificate is on file. Dealer/trade pricing applies only to approved trade accounts.

Returns. See our Refund Policy. Custom and special-order items are non-returnable.

Limitation of liability. Installation, where provided, may be performed by third-party contractors. To the extent permitted by law, iBLDA, Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.
