Shipping policy

Pickup & delivery. Most orders are available for local pickup in Nashville, TN, or can be delivered/freighted to your project. Delivery and freight charges are quoted by project.

Lead times. In-stock items typically ship within a few business days. Custom and special-order items (cabinetry, stone) are made to order; lead times are confirmed at the time of order.

Receiving. Inspect all deliveries before signing. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt and report it within 48 hours. Installation and white-glove scheduling are arranged separately.
