Refund policy

Joah Vera (a collection by iBLDA, Inc.) sells both in-stock and made-to-order surfaces. Because much of what we offer is custom or special-order, the following applies.

In-stock items. Unopened, uninstalled in-stock items in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund, less a restocking fee of 15–25% and return shipping. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection.

Custom & special-order items. Cabinetry, stone and quartz slabs, and other made-to-order or cut-to-size items are non-cancelable and non-returnable once production begins. Deposits on custom orders are non-refundable. Please confirm all dimensions, finishes, and selections before approving your order.

Natural stone. Natural stone varies in color, veining, and pattern; installed material may differ from samples or photographs. These natural variations are not defects.

Damaged or defective goods. Inspect all goods on receipt. Report any damage or defect within 48 hours of delivery and before fabrication or installation. Once installed, product is deemed accepted.
