Shaker and Slim Shaker. One box, two proportions.
Shaker
A five-piece door: solid wood stiles and rails around a reverse-raised center panel. The default specification for mixed-unit projects.

Slim Shaker
The same door on a narrower stile and rail, for a flatter, more architectural face. Same box, same hardware, same finishing system.

ONE CONSTRUCTION SPECIFICATION
Face-framed. All plywood. Dovetailed. Soft-close throughout.
Both door lines are built on the same box: 1/2" nominal plywood carcass with furniture veneer, 3/4" nominal full-depth adjustable shelves, 3/4" solid hardwood face frame, 5/8" nominal solid-wood dovetailed drawer boxes, six-way adjustable concealed soft-close hinges and full-extension soft-close undermount glides. Multi-coat UV-cured finish on an automated finishing line, one coatings system across the whole run. Composite wood components are specified to CARB Phase 2 / EPA TSCA Title VI; built to the ANSI/KCMA A161.1 construction standard, with supporting documentation supplied with the project quote.
The spec book lists all 280 ordering SKUs with nominal width, height and depth in inches, by category: base, sink base, drawer base, wall, glass-door wall, corner, pantry, oven and microwave, vanity, panels, fillers, moldings and accessories.
HOW A PROJECT IS QUOTED
From plans to a firm number.
Send the unit plans or cabinet schedule, unit count, target finish and the delivery window. A physical sample door in the project finish goes out for sign-off. You receive one firm cabinet price per unit type, with duties, freight and drayage passed through at cost as their own line. Placed orders carry a 90-day price lock on cabinet FOB value; duties, tariffs, ocean freight and drayage are passed through at landed cost and determined by landing date. Shop drawings are issued per unit type for signature before production, and projects are scheduled to ship complete.
Terms: 30% deposit at order · 70% before shipment · duty, freight and drayage at cost on arrival · quotes valid 30 days · priced per unit type, not per box. Production runs approximately 40 days from deposit; ocean transit and customs follow. Specifications and dimensions are nominal and confirmed on the project quote.
